Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and are then billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

The Free plan gives you up to 5 active clients with full access to the meal planner, workout planner, direct messaging, scheduled check-ins, and client onboarding. It's free forever, no credit card required.

With founding pricing, Pro and Ultimate have no client cap. You pay the same flat monthly price whether you coach 10 clients or 300, and there are no per-client fees. The client-size selector on this page only shows what each size costs at regular prices.

Your founding price is your plan's 20-client price for your country, with unlimited clients. It stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, including after regular pricing starts on Jan 1, 2027. To get it, reserve your spot before launch or subscribe by Dec 31, 2026.

Founding pricing closes on Dec 31, 2026. From Jan 1, 2027, new coaches pay the regular price for their client size: up to 20, up to 50, or unlimited clients. Coaches who joined during founding pricing keep their flat price and unlimited clients.

CoachPilot opens to coaches on Dec 1, 2026. Reserving is free and needs no credit card: it holds your founding price, and we email you on launch day so you can create your account and start your 14-day free trial.

Yes. Join Pro or Ultimate by Dec 31, 2026, send us an invoice showing how long is left on your current contract, and CoachPilot is free for those months, up to 12 months. Contact us to set it up.

Migration is free on Pro and Ultimate, and we do it for you. Send us your exports from your current platform, or share access, and we move your clients, meal plans and workout programs into CoachPilot within 48 hours of receiving them.

Yes. You can move between Free, Pro and Ultimate at any time. Founding pricing carries over between Pro and Ultimate as long as your subscription stays active.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Your data is yours: email [email protected] and we'll send you an export of it.

Prices are set per country and shown in your local currency where it's supported. Some countries, including Egypt, have their own prices set for the local market. The price you see on this page is the price for your location, before tax.

The AI Copilot assistant, which drafts meal and workout plans, summarizes client check-ins, and surfaces smart recommendations, is included on the Ultimate plan. Pro includes AI food swapping for clients.
