Workout planning software built for online coaches
Build multi-day training programs from a searchable catalog of 5,000+ exercises, with sets, reps, weight, and video baked in. Design faster without sacrificing detail.
Programming a workout isn't the hard part for most coaches, it's reformatting the same program over and over. You know what a 4-day upper/lower split or a 5-day push/pull/legs block should look like; the time sink is typing it into a document, finding the right exercise names, attaching cues so a client doesn't guess at form, and then doing it all again for the next person with slightly different equipment or experience level. A workout planner that's just a text editor with exercise names doesn't save you from any of that.
The exercise catalog is built to cut that friction at the search step. Instead of scrolling a flat list or guessing at naming conventions, you filter by body part, equipment, target muscle, or difficulty and land on the right movement in a couple of clicks. For coaches training clients with home gyms, limited equipment, or injury history, that filtering is what makes it realistic to build a genuinely individualized program instead of reusing a generic template because it's faster.
Attaching instructions, coaching notes, and a video link to each exercise also solves a problem that's specific to coaching at a distance: you're not in the room to correct someone's form in real time. A client who's unsure how deep to squat or how to set up a Romanian deadlift can check the note or watch the clip you attached instead of guessing, messaging you mid-set, or skipping the exercise altogether. It's a small detail that matters disproportionately once you're coaching more clients than you can personally check in on every session.
Programs also change mid-block, and rebuilding a document from scratch every time a client misses a session or an exercise needs swapping is its own kind of admin tax. Drag-and-drop reordering means restructuring a training week, moving a day, or resequencing a superset is a matter of dragging it into place rather than retyping the whole plan. Combined with multi-day programs managed per client, adjusting a 4-week block for one client doesn't mean touching anyone else's program.
Everything you need to design great programs
Stop rebuilding programs in spreadsheets. Search, build, and adjust workout plans in one place, with the detail your clients need to train correctly.
Multi-day programs per client
Create and manage multiple workout plans for each client, structured across as many days as the program needs. Build a full training block without losing track of structure.
Searchable, filterable exercise catalog
Find the right exercise fast across a library of 5,000+ exercises by filtering on body part, equipment, target muscle, or difficulty, instead of scrolling through one long list.
Sets, reps, weight, or duration
Define each set with reps, weight in KG or LBS, and/or duration. Your preferred weight unit persists and auto-fills on new entries, so you're not switching units mid-program.
Instructions, notes, and video per exercise
Attach instructions, coaching notes, a YouTube video link, or your own custom-uploaded image to any exercise so clients know exactly how to perform it.
Drag-and-drop reordering
Reorder days, exercises, and individual sets by dragging them into place. Restructure a training week without rebuilding the whole program.
Built for real programming
Whether you're running straight sets, supersets, or a full periodized block, the planner adapts to how you actually coach instead of forcing a rigid template.
